No, 30fps sucks across the board. We shouldn't be making excuses for it because both consoles are so underpowered.

For a next gen system, I expected next gen standards. 4k.
Then I saw the specs list, and thought ok, it's last gen standards at most (1080p. Fine, still an improvement, but hardly next gen.
Reality? Games often fail to hit that standard too.
