@Fishy Fingers
Nier on PC is not on topic here.
@KwietStorm
I agree again. You should be happy to have an option now.
No, and neither this will be. It will only crunch information between platforms. In RDR there was a competition between users of PSN and Live for a task. I do not know who won.
Great! But i think RDR did this before.
Better than Razer Raiju, especially by the software. But the layout is wrong.
I agree with the part of Sony refusing to give what consumers want but not with regard to the joystick. The DualShock4 is perfectly fine and is what consumers want overall. Creating a licensed product is the way to give an option without targeting the audience.
All companies cares about losing markets, especially big ones like Japan. Microsoft was unable to understand what the Japanese public wanted and failed to establish itself in that market. It was not an option, it was a business failure. Japanese developers have no interest in programming for XBO because the device is a failure there. PS4 is a hit in the US and there is no reason why US developers would refuse to work with it.
Sony is not that spectacular. It also demonstra...
@PiperMCFierceson
"...would rather pay $800 every two years on a system?"
What?
I'd rather pay $ 300- per cicle cycle. And if there's money left over pay 300- for an updated version IF i really have interest.
I think it will be in competition with DR4 on XBO.
Before the Pro release: "Scorpio will be a monster. It will be a premium product."
After the Pro release: "Scorpio will have a common console price."
They change the speech according to convenience. I don't hate Microsoft but I don't believe in a promise they make.
@christocolus
It makes sense for Sony to charge less for PS-Slim, it does not have a UHD reader. Microsoft is burning money trying to sell the XBS for the same price.
I guess Mirosoft will never end XBO but will allow developers to choose whether or not to produce exclusively for "Scorpio". Most will choose to produce for the two platforms for some time, due to the installed base of the XBO currently.
.
I guess you're right with the exception of the date. Maybe in 2019.
I agree Just being compared to the PS2 is already a great achievement but I doubt it will reach PS2 in sales. XBO, Switch, smartphones and PC is a lot of competition.
In fact the PS3 sells more annually than the X360 since the launch of the PSSlim.
Sony risked launching the PS3 with a "powerful" hardware and high price and the result was daunting. Historically it has been proven that the price factor is decisive for the success of a console. Expensive console does not sell. Cheap console becomes market leader. Sony's differential is the games and having the cheaper console at the beginning gave it the absolute lead so far this gen. Nintendo will face this same dilemma with their next console. If the Switch is expensive it ...
Supposedly we will not have any more remasters since the new generation console will be backward compatible with the current ones due to the x86 / 64 standard of the processors.
Most PC ports are programed with the Xbox controller in mind, but now we have a good controller. Great!
