#4theplayers indeed. Sony is protecting its users from falling into a trap. Leave it as it is. Whoever wants EA Access that go to XBO.
It's a shame someone to support the idea of signing up for games. Imagine if each company decides to do the same. We paid PSN/Live for multiplay, not for old games. So, no.
Laughable indeed! I only have PS4 and i have 7 good exclusive games. What criteria did you use to define what is "good exclusive"? Help me to compare with what the XBO have.
Tip: It depends on the power of the cloud. 2038, sure enough.
There is none.
@ninsigma
Emulation is also not BC. So what?
It would be cool if there was an option to reset the console with a Linux version. It can be useful for anyone (for some reason) who does not have a PC. Or Sony could allow the console to run apps freely, as Microsoft is doing with XBOX.
Nice! But what will they do with that knowledge now? Will they create some system improvement software? Any graphics upgrade for PS4 users? Any useful app on console? What's the purpose?
I would like an option to freely change my wallpaper, please.
I thought everyone already knew that. It was said a long time ago.
Holly shit! Gamingbolt is more anti Sony than Polygon is pro Microsoft.
You're right but I did not say anything to make games exclusively for Windows. Ideally, the software should be free to run on whatever hardware you want and whatever operating system you prefer. And today the difference between PC and console is nothing more than the presentation of the plastic box. A PlayStation could still exist even if your games were on the PC. I had not referred to Microsoft but I do think it is doing well for the future.
I agree... for now.
@BigGamersSmallTalk
The problem here is not Sony and its flaws but you and your negative view. Sony is not perfect, there are a lot of things that it goes wrong. And even so, PlayStation is the best console because it has the games. Maybe one day a company will do better, maybe even Microsoft, but today Sony is the most "4ThePlayers" we have.
Stop that crap. Make PlayStation a PC service and have your eternal sales on a hardware in which the generation never ends and the graphic power is on the user's behalf.
VR devices are not so important for you to pay dearly for them. They need to be cheap or they will fail. Sony putting its VR in the PCs would help a lot in the sales of the hardware and would gain the attention of the developers. And I think the "under powered PSVR" is very compatible with the PCs that people have at home.
Wake up, Alice. What the PlayStation has of advantage has always been the variety and quantity of games. PS4 is the first PS to have the most powerful hardware. Seriously you will spread the PR of "80% faster internet", "Clubs", and "Looking For Group"? In addition to listing a lot of failed games and last generation.
You are getting old.
Brazil? I am from Brazil and here there is no space for XBO. X360 was a popular console here in the last generation due to piracy. This is over now.
I think people here don't like to have options.
This statement is not true. There are good games and bad games, remastered or not.
