It is a decision based on sales projection. XBox users are well known for not buying games, they waits for GP. For many developers, it is better to accept Microsoft's $$ than to rely on sales on that platform.
PS4 games sell well. Putting them on a $1 subscription service would be stupid on any planet in the galaxy.

Well, I think GoT has achieved enough quality to attract the attention of Nintendo's army of fans. They ran to compare it to ... Zelda, for some reason. And, obviously, they considered it a disgusting thing. 🤨
It looks like it's a powerful machine. A "game beast" requires a great collection of games in a constant stream. Especially games that are impossible to play elsewhere ... like the PC.
