No, you are extremely wrong. I can play every offline game that eu bought... offline. You did not buy the games. You are using the games bought by someone else, you are dividing the account and blaming Sony for it.
I'm very fan of Dragon Age Inquisition. I finished the games several years ago and always wanted to play the DLCs. But I never paid the price EA asked. Until one day they sold the complete game very cheaply. My wallet is more important.

Small upgrades are expensive and bring little technological innovation. I don't want to have to pay for a "PS-Pro2". PS5 has to be 4 times better than PS4, at least. When new hardware is released developers waste time learning to deal with it. Only in the second or third year of the console does the best graphics appear. Bringing a new console every five years would only make it harder and less profitable for developers.
I would have no problem with that. In fact, I think that all companies that have IPs and do not use them should seal them for those who want to use them. (a lot of 'them')
