The article got it all wrong. The estimated date is basically amazon saying that this is when you might receive your pre-ordered console because i received the same email. This is basically false information.
I think they sacrificed player count more than anything since the player count is still 12vs12 i believe. I believe the graphics will still be in place.
Okay, enough with these pointless things on what devs are amazed by with the ps4 or xb1. Let the games speak. For instance, with all this talk about the witcher 3 on each platform, i expect it to blow me away.

Uncharted 2 and Final fantasy 13 for me. Uncharted 2 because it was unlike anything I 've ever experienced. Final fantasy 13 because it was my first ff, its amazing graphics, and intense, yet fun battles.

Red dead redemption was a little too repetitive with the gameplay, that is why i wouldnt put it as game of the generation. It was a decent game overall, but it lack some variety. I also agree with superman, the ending kind of came out ot no where, especially with how the story was progressing. It did ruin the pacing.
Gameplay? It looks like more of the same. Graphics will alway be important, meaning they are everything. Infinite would not have as immersive if it were for the graphics.

I really don't understand either. I can understand people who normally game on pc and that is what they are used to. But for most console gamers, it really doesnt matter. Grand theft auto will run in 30fps . Will that stop people from enjoying it? Metal gear solid 2 ran in 60fps. Would it have deterred your enjoyment if it ran at anything less?
So you base this on consoles that are just about to hit the market? You are a smart cookie thats for sure. Games drive the sale of consoles, and consoles help us experience these games. Nobody has any idea as to what titles we will get to experience on these machines 2 to 4 years from now and that is what is so exciting about these consoles and why many will go out and buy them. Everything is relative to time, understood?
The only way pcs are better are through graphics capability, graphical options, and price most of the time. Thats it. Everything else depends on the person; we cannot argue about the graphics. At the end of the day all this isn't that big of a deal.

Uncharted is supposed to be played as such, otherwise it wouldnt be uncharted. I dont know about what you mean in regards to player control when the only time we dont have control are during cutscenes. You dont have a choice to tackle objectives in multiple ways because it is not the type of game it is meant to be. I have no idea why last of us is even included.

Why are you people always referencing the ms policy when it has nothing to do with graphics? Its getting really irritating because its is not what the policy states. No, they have now changed that...once the ps4 launches. You will be able to keep your games now.
