I agree as well, I see the leap. I think what you have to realize is that you have to see the games in motion in order to truly see the leap. Videos do not do some of these games justice.
Uncharted 2 still stands---well, in my opinion, as one of the best looking games this gen. It still looks better than some triple A title released later this gen.

The graphics on beyond two souls are the best I've seen for a linear game this gen. Graphics can't better than that on current gen. At first, it was going to be last of us before I played ascension. Now beyond takes the cake as the best looking ps3 game ever!

I say infinite because of the ending and gameplay can get quite intense at points in the game. The game tries to hard to set it self apart though in terms of the certain elements presented within the story. At this juncture, I will give goty to last of us. That might change, however, since there are still many games to be released before the end of the year. Who knows, beyond might take this spot from last of us.
I would give it to the last of us as well because its not only a new IP, but an amazing one at that. GTA V is an amazing game too, and it qualifies as a runner up along with infinite, tomb raider, and beyond based on what I've played of it.

Exactly! Some people cant seem to fathom that. Joel has no stealth training, so calling it a stealth game is out of the picture. There are elements of stealth, but grounded in reality. The game is more of a survival horror/ action. You cant expect joel to be a sam fisher when he is not. The gameplay fits perfectly when you think of it in that context.
