What about the order and bloodborne? And which would you argue looks better between batman, the order, and blood borne. I know they are all different. But which appeals to you more visually. I know its weird, bit blood borne for me.
She's a beautiful woman though.
Dude, are you serious? I dont even feel like explaining. I mean, really?
Match making definitely needs to be changed. Players should only be able to play against two levels above or below.
Gangsta Red,no one is saying that no one can have an opinion piece anymore. But if you are gonna have one,do it right. Infamous and gtav, though they are both open world games, should not be compared. Infamous has a different style to it, different approach. While GTA v also has its style and approach. Both completely different. Why? Well, maybe both developers had different a vision on what they wanted.
@console If anything, GTA v is considered the holy grail of open world....
c Double post
Come on, Septic , it is quite a stupid article. I agree it doesn't warrant name calling, but these So called gaming joutnalist derserve it sometimes for what they call "opinion piece."
Yeah, im very excited for it now. Plus, I'll only he paying 20 for it thanks to amazon. And I love how difficult it is. And when you get through it, it feels rewarding.
Thank you, good sir! I never understood the mentally "they focused on the graphics more than gameplay." There are different people working on different aspects of a game. Graphics and gameplay are becoming equally important. Period. Gameplay just isn't evolving fast enough, while visuals can add so much more to a game.
@Darkstares
Okay, but you haven't, like most people who are commenting, seen all that the game has to offer. Its soo irritating, I expect people to use better judgement. And there has never been anything wrong with linear, as most games are linear. So, I wish critics would stop raising that argument against games that are meant to be linear, story driven for goodness sake. Now, if a game were proposed at open world and ended being more linear than anything, then there is ...
Lmaoo! Hilarious.
Yeah, like metal gear rising. That game had qte that definitely enhanced the gameplay.
Personally, I'm a graphics whore. So, that's comes first on my list. I know, its shallow, but it actually helps me enjoy games better. This is discounting Indy games though. I don't expect much from them in the way of visuals. But when it comes to AAA games, the visuals just have to be there for me. Graphics just let's me enjoy the gameplay better, that's why its second on my list. As long as it looks good to me. But I don't get all games just for the visuals. Basicall...
Exactly. Its worrying given how most of their games have turned out. But, I'm willing to give them a chance to stand by their words. If it turns out they are just empty, then it will become a problem.
@venom
I'm not saying that one shouldn't have fun playing the game; its okay. But open your eyes, dude. You are one of the reasons why publishers think this type of practice is acceptable just because cod does it. I haven't played cod in god knows how long because forced activision forced interest and excitement out for me. Yet, millions still buy...something I will.never understand because they eventually start bashing it. Then next year, they buy it all over aga...
I am really tired of seeing this type of practice in the industry, where there is an annual release of a franchise. Its a disgusting practice that needs to stop. Battlefield 4 hasn't been out even a year and we are getting this bullshit? Though Far cry 4 isn't an annual release, it just looks like a they made few updates here and there and want to sell it for cash. Same for assassins creed. Plus, wasn't the new cod suppose to be only next gen? For goodness sake. Its getting exasp...
No, it doesnt. There s no need to argue because its fact.
I dont know why people who actually haven't seen the game in pereon like to comment. I have seen the differences between last gen and current gen to know its night and day in terms of image quality. Its not what e3 promised, but the game is no slouch in the visual department.
Okay. Did that make you feel better announcing it to the world?
This kind of stuff is what i hate the most. I'm not for this type of direction no matter how upfront a company is about it. Not putting the game down by any chance. But its not worth it by default.
