Can't wait for the trailer, love how R* just announce it out of the blue too.
So much crow for all those people who would mass disagree with anyone who said it'll probably be called Red Dead Redemption 2, regardless of Revolver existing.
FIFA is by far the UK's biggest franchise, it's really not that surprising it could still hold off Gears, definitely not to the point that anyone who claimed it has to be lying.
The big difference between the two is, In Uncharted 4, with the real money currency you can pick exactly what items you want. With the in-game currency, you can open different kinds of chests that give you random item(s) in that category, but no duplicates.
Neither of these two things is in the Gears 4 microtransactions from what I gather. It's all random and there's duplicates. Neither is perfect but one is far more fair than the other.
But at le...
Outside of the things stuff do differently, they are all the same.
I generally don't mind MTs in games that much, usually can just ignore them, but I hate it when either MS and Sony have them in their games, isn't the monthly fee we have to pay just to play them online enough? It's just them being greedy because they can.
NMS sold extremely well at first, so ofcourse it sold more in it's first week, probably sold more on it's 1st day then Recore ever will.
Really, how will it? The only slight negative I can see with it coming to PC is, there'll be no more secrets, as people will just go into the files and find it, but it's a small price to pay for more people to get the game.
Try restoring your licences, it usually fixes pre-order bonuses not unlocking issues.
Shadow of The Colossus is still probably my favorite ending ever, it was the first game I played that really used the medium to it's strengths and made me feel so bad once I realized what I've done. Really like Red Dead Redemption and The Last of Us's endings too, both very bittersweet, but absolutely perfect for their games.
There was a lot of MGS fans who kicked off a fuss over MGR, mostly over it taking place past MGS4, it wasn't until it released and was really good that most started giving it a pass. MGSurvial could turn out good too, but considering what they showed it has mediocre written all over it, they haven't even gone to the effort of making a new world map, it's just Afghanistan with some fog effects and debris everywhere.
Completely agree, it's short and won't change anyone's mind who didn't already like it post TTK, but I've enjoyed my time so far. Shouldn't be anywhere near the £25 range though, £15 would be pushing it for the content it offers, and I doubt the Raid will be significant enough to change that.
A game having almost 50% of it's userbase 2+ years on is pretty amazing, most don't even have that after a month.
@holdmyown83
So they shouldn't announce a game until they are 2 weeks to a month from release? If that happened 99% of all games would be massive bombs.
It's spelt ponies, kiddo.
Still waiting to see what the benefits will be for people without 4K TVs, if it offers a noticeable improvement in either image quality or performance, I'll probably buy one with Horizon next year.
It's like people can agree or disagree with different opinions, crazy.
@glenisahat
I believe it's limited, but can't actually find out at what (1080p is my guess), so maybe it'll downsample it from whatever the Pro can push it up to.
We need to hear more really though, so far Sony hasn't really said what the benefits will be for PSVR on Pro, probably so they don't completely kill PSVR sales until the Pro is out and affordable to many.
I don't really have any reason to doubt them here, as they showed it's possible with the XB1, but if Sony can explain why they've said no now, and it makes sense (not some bs reason, like they did with EA Access) I'll be just as annoyed with Bethesda.
Sony better explain why they've finally said no after waiting so long, especially as they work great on Xbox One. If they don't, or give some bs answer like they did with EA Acess, I'm done buying Bethesda games on their platform ever again.
Was expecting something more than basically just a teaser trailer. Hopefully Rockstar don't leave us waiting too long to show more.
