FPS ftw when done right. Just like TPS ftw when done right.

Of course they feel the need. Who wouldn't milk that cash cow to the last drop? Only a moron wouldn't. Oh and as far as the series being mediocre, you're always more than welcome to skip it.

The only color they want to see is GREEN!

Savages.

Any developer will catch you up on the story so you wont have to play the previous titles. I'm a big Gears fan and it's not due to the story.

Just get one of these.

Can you still go online? Cuz i need to finish it also.

I bought an arcade slim on amazon and the same day I bought a 250gb hard drive (probably from china)for $50 instead of the $100 MS charges for theirs. It's been working fine without any problems. It's also been getting great reviews on amazon so if anyone is on the market for one, i'd recommend doing what I did. It'll save you cash.

Sorry, but i have to disagree with your comment. The new Halo is a REMAKE, not a remastering like this.

I just asked you a simple question and got the run around. Probably because there isn't a game comparable to MW that has surpassed it, is there?

I don't think there's any hypocrisy in what I said. Most games i'm sure that have DLC are planned prior to the games release. Some announce that they'll be releasing some, others don't. What i'm not a fan of is when a game releases and then not even a few weeks later dlc is released. Sure it's not a big deal since it's only $2 but I still don't agree with it.

@Raven
There's nothing wrong with a developer announcing prior to a games release that they plan on releasing DLC. The problem lies in the DLC releasing shortly after the game releases.

Surpassed by what games?

The first Uncharted was hyped as the savior of the platform? News to me.

The writer of this thing obviously doesn't know what the hell a first party title is. But since he's throwing in exclusives in general, notice the lack of comparison between MGS4 and SC Conviction, or GOW3 to Ninja Blade? And what about Infamous 1+2 vs Crackdown 1+2?

These "articles" make me facepalm so hard.

5407d ago 3 agree0 disagreeView comment

I agree. I think a lot of games are going to eat into each others sales initially.

Edit@Phear

COD/BF3 and Gears are different genres but i'm sure you'll find the same people playing all three of those titles. Different genre or not.

Well it doesn't seem like they're listening to the fans so that's why I think people need to let it go. I never really played the old DMC's but i can understand the frustration with this new game. At this point it's best to have an open mind about it and judge it once you play it. I hope it's good though.

I guess it's time to let go of the past, gentlemen.
