Yes, it does matter. "Shocking" implies sensational or dramatic (although some moments were dramatic). Shocking is also a word mainly used as clickbait.
I wouldn't call them "shocking moments". I think memorable moments would be more precise.

Google should give ALL its Stadia customers their money back, shut Stadia down and go right back to the drawing board and come up with a new and improved model for streaming or playing games, fire the naive fools that promoted Stadia so poorly and release a better Stadia when the internet infrastructure improves for most consumers.
