I love my Enerloop batteries. Keeps a charge forever, even in non use. I can store it for months (manufacturer claims a year) and still pull it out and at least 70% of the charge is still left.
Most rechargeable batteries can't do that.
That is funny, nobody complained about "Hello Games" bickering about Xbox Live Arcade:

...but as soon as you talk smack about Sony, we get one of these articles.

I actually never played GoW3... I played the first GoW a little and the controls are much more responsive. I don't care much for quick time events though, hated Ninja Blade.
With that said, best game play mechanic so far is Ninja Gaiden 2. Heard good things about Bayonetta, but haven't tried that yet.
When the game was on catridges, there were fake catridges too. Then SNES came and people started pirating them on floppy's.
Well boycott away, but I and millions of others will enjoy Halo: Reach. We won't miss you!!!
It was at best a mediocre game. The game play mechanics were... well below mediocre. Production value was good though, which jives well with the studio claiming storyline is more important than game play.
I prefer game play....
LOL!
It could be both, your network or the ISPs....
Wireless network could experience interference from other wireless devices such as microwaves, cordless phones and etc....
You are right, people could price match it at EB Games and essentially let them get away with it or you can just go to the competitor and support the company that isn't trying to screw you over up front!
Either one is fine, your choice as it is your right, but I would choose the latter....
I will pick it u in the bargain bin.... LP1 was pretty darn good at the time of release. LP2 might be stale?
I thought that HHG being a moron was a given!
Each market has their pricing set differently depending on what it can bear in addition to the support cost in that country.
Europeans used to complain about the discrepancy in game prices all the time, but they really should ask their government why their sales tax, income tax and etc is so high.
All these factors increase the cost of the game. For instance, ever tried to buy software in "basically" third world countries? It is dirt cheap for legit...
Nice, got me all excited for gears even though it is fan made!
"Eyetoy failed because is was 2D and slow"
That is exactly why I think Eyetoy had to fail. It was lacking that last dimension that was soo oh, important to making it accessible. Instead of it being intuitive, it is now a gimped intuitive which in turn means it is no longer really intuitive, but seem more like a gimmick.
With that said, I don't really think 10 million sold is a failure unless it wasn't profitable for Sony....
"Ever seen those noobs that lean left and right when playing mariokart? they will rock at kinect :D "
LOL!
I did a lot of that when I was a kid. Played the Sega Master System and I always moved my hand left or right, often into my friends!
I think it is just natural for a person to move their body right when they want to move right....

"Update: Initially this seems like what is the Kinect adapter that Xbox 360, but It's possible that it may be some sort of overpriced 3rd party USB extension cable for Kinect. There are no more details regarding Kinect's separate adapter required to function on older Xbox 360s."

The PS Move can track the wand in 3D, not do full body 3D tracking like kinect i.e. PS Move essentially tracks the acceleration, velocity, direction and position of a specific point of the glowing ball.
It's advantage is precision, almost imperceptible lag and low power usage. It's weakness is the same as the Wii, the console can't detect the placement of your entire body's limbs at any point in time. It might be able to emulate some of that, but it isn't ...
No, actually. My PS3 DS3 controller when not in use for a short period of time will discharge the batteries so that I have to charge it with the ridiculously short cable Sony included in the box.
To top it off, it takes forever to charge. On the Xbox 360 or the Wii, I just pop the cover off and slap in 2 new batteries from my stash of re-chargeable batteries.
The 360/Wii offers a rechargeable battery pack, but I would never recommend it for the same reason a...
