I have it on blu-ray. I live in UK. The game is SIREN:Blood Curse. It is a good game. They should have released it everywhere on disc. I know if it wasn't on disc here I wouldn't have got it.
I would rather have codes for new games and pay to get online with second hand games than pay to play.
I buy mostly new games anyhow, but if I did buy second hand, paying to get online isn't a big deal. The Activision Pay to Play idea is worse IMO.
After watching the video, IMO Dead Rising 1 looks better than DR 2. Things far away look foggy on DR2 where as on DR1 its clearer. Also DR2 is brighter. Those are the only differences to me.
That was the worst review I have ever read. Its like the reviewer doesn't like crime games. Wouldn't be suprised if the reviewer was one of those people who want to ban GTA/MOH type of games.
I know K&L2 isn't fantastic, but 0 points is wrong. Reviews were pure crap.
@piefight100
When I last had YLOD, I phoned Sony on Monday and got a refurb Tuesday. It took just 24 hours.
Last year when my blu-ray died It took 2 week to get a refurb.
I live in UK, don't know about other countries. If its been 3 weeks I would give them a call and see whats happening.
@Dmarc
I got some of those Real Triggers for L2/R2 on DS3 controller free with a PS magazine about 2 years ago. They do work great for driving games that you can't use a steering wheel with.
I agree with all you:- rbanke, cruncher_20 and slave2Dcontroller. I was looking into getting PSN+, but when I saw that all the things I'm interested in I already have, there was no point.
I have read about this game a year or two ago in a PS magazine, also seen a little footage a long time ago. It seemed like a decent game. Its a pity this game is no-more and all that money has come to nothing.
Will be getting this day 1. Love the Deus Ex games.
This is using the same engine as GRID and DIRT1 & 2, so should have good damage modelling.
I also enjoyed RF:Guerrilla. Looking forward to playing this one.
This is another game I want. Too many games, too little time to play them.
Roll on November 3rd (UK). This game is going to take up so much of my time. Wasted loads of time on GT5p. Need more hours in the day.
I got Official PS magazine (UK) and they gave Mafia2 7/10. Not a bad score, but not great either.
I'm still thinking about getting it for my PS3, 'cause I like these type of games.
I get most of my new games from Tesco. They sell new games at a cheaper price than game shops and after only a couple of weeks they become cheaper still, sometimes up to half the price.
I got the new PoP for £15 two weeks ago, and Blur for £25 the week before that.
I also go to other supermarkets and sometimes you can get some great deals on games there. I got Split Second for only £25 from another supermarket.
@fireplace
I too recommend this game to every PoP trilogy fan. This game is very similar to the trilogy, and IMO way better than the last PoP. I got this game only 2 weeks ago and for £15 (brand new) I can't complain. I love the supermarkets around here (UK), games become cheap quite quickly.
Looking at that list and seeing all those exclusive games makes me so happy I chose the PS3 about 3 years ago. I didn't realise at the time how great the PS3 games library would be after 3 years of owning it. Now I have almost 80 blu-ray games and many more to buy in the next 12 months or so. Can't believe how much money I have spent just on games, but Its been well worth it to me, I have had many great times playing them. This generation has been great for gamers.
Watched the Harry Potter demo for Kinect and it looked so poor. They've got to put a lot more work into the controls on that game, I wasn't impressed whatsoever.
The Sorcery demo for MOVE however was looking great, the controls seemed to be spot on for that game. Harry Potter would suit the MOVE controls a lot better than what the Kinect is doing IMO.
With all this news about Killzone 3 lately it has made me go back and play the campaign of Killzone 2 again. I had forgot how brilliant this game is. Can't wait for Killzone 3.

"and do they still have the accelerator mapped to a button instead of a trigger? Cuz that too is super unrealistic."
It doesn't matter what button the accelerator is mapped to, cause using gamepad is super unrealistic (as you put it). Most people use steering wheels and pedals. When I play, accelerator is mapped to right pedal.
