Wow, just, wow.

Microsoft may not be able to ever make it up to that poor guy, but they damn sure better try. That's just f'd up beyond words.

Not only should he be compensated, but Microsoft should issue that young man an apology.

Obviously this kid went to great lengths to assure that his was properly cared for, and some jerk actually took the time to purposefully ruin his console, and in effect, some of his memories.

F'd up guys, big-tim...

I got the Zapper about a week ago, and I'm loving it so far. Admittedly I've only used it for Link's Crossbow Training, but I really enjoy it.

I'll be getting Resident Evil: UC soon, and I can't wait to try the Zapper with it.

I only paid $20 for it on Amazon, with no tax and free shipping. A comfortable shell for your Wiimote and Nunchuk, with a great game to boot.

I say, good deal!

This is one of the dumbest things I've ever read, and if that's that writer's opinion, fine, but it wasn't worth a read, let alone being reported on a game news website.

It's a video game, why be so anal about it? You can trivialize gaming in general this way. You can say this, too:

- Instead of racing cars in a game, go to Fontana Speedway and race a car!

- Why play shooters when you can go to a gun range, or go hunting?

- Instead of play...

Wow, now that's a bundle. Two of the best games this generation packed in with the system is incredible, and anybody remotely interested in the PS3 should jump on that bundle, post haste.

I just wanted to add that what I thought made it a terrible article was the needless bashing of Sony, saying how the PS3 hasn't proven itself, or that it's "time for them to do something".

I just don't see why it was necessary to keep bashing Sony so they could list some accessories. Seemed like a cheap shot that didn't need to be there. If you want to list accessories, fine, but why take cheap shots?

Absolutely terrible article, and I'll tell you why.

Unlike Microsoft especially, Sony doesn't rape your wallet for a new hard drive, or a wireless headset, or a WiFi adapter, etc. Microsoft forces you to buy overpriced proprietery accessories.

Sony, conversely, lets you pick what you like out of whatever is out on the market, ie, bluetooth headsets, keyboards, mice, USB web cams, laptop hard drives, and it has built-in WiFi.

So what if Sony doesn't put ...

*sigh*

Another person thinking that in-game XMB means that we want the WHOLE XMB accessible while in a game. This isn't the case.

The term "in-game XMB" is an abbreviated way of saying that we want in-game friends list, in-game messaging, cross-game private chat, and in-game access to our music. This is the widely understood meaning behind in-game XMB. Some people want more, some less, but that is what the general gamer needs/wants.

All Sony...

Still looks like a great game, and while the delays are painful, I'm glad that we'll get a polished, refined, Haze. I've had my eye on this game for some time, and I can't wait for the finished product to hit stores.

Yeah, but if there is no confirmation from the developer or publisher of Crysis then we can't take this otherwise reliable source seriously yet.

I believe Crysis will come to one or both systems eventually, but we still need to wait for a official press release before getting amped up for it.

Here's hoping. :)

I'm tired or rumors. I'll wait for an official press release before I get excited.

Setting aside the technical side of things, as an owner of both, I can honestly say I've been far more impressed with the PS3's offerings then the 360's offerings.

Games like Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, Heavenly Sword and Lair, look better in my opinion then do the 360's big titles like Gears of War, Halo 3 and BioShock. Mind you this is also in one years less time.

Looking towards the future, Killzone 2, MGS4, Final Fantasy XIII and Resistance 2 are blowing m...

So much for them caring about the consumer. If they really did then they would realize Blu-ray has the majority movie support, and a huge lead in player installed base (overall). Not to mention a large lead in movie sales. If Toshiba really cared about the customers and getting the industry back on track, they would ditch their ailing format.

I never really cared who won, but Blu-ray is dominating, and I just want this stupid format war over already. The format war is bad f...

This is retarded as far as news goes, honestly.

But to reference the article, as an owner of both systems, I have no doubt both systems will have a great year. That being said, I think Sony will have a much better year. Virtually every game coming out for the 360 is a multiplatform game, with few good exclusives.

On the flip side, those same multiplatform games will come out on the PS3, plus several high profile exclusives. Not only that, but Home will be rele...

Take an internet break? Hmm, you said:

"Stop being so sensitive. It's their game, and if you don't like it, you can buy a different game"?

How about:

"If another game doesn't exist which has the features you are looking for, learn how to code and design your own".

Are you still unable to see how that comes off as rude?

The words you wrote don't match your explanation of them. Your words were ru...

Perhaps you should stop playing games and take the time to learn how to read. In doing so, you would see that I said I liked the demo and I'm going to buy the game. What I said was that they were so quick to dismiss the concerns of demos users with "that's how we wanted to make it".

Again, I said nothing bad about the game and I never once said I wasn't going to buy it. Please, take my advice and learn how to read. It will help you out in life and perhaps prevent ...

I'm a long-time Burnout fan and I'm looking forward to Paradise, but I must admit I don't really care for this defensive stance from the Burnout team regarding the reception the demo got.

I understand they wanted to make the game a certain way, their way, but they have to understand that they did away with a few things lots of people want and they are very "pssh, deal with it" about it, which is going to turn off a lot of people.

After all, the people w...

I love when people take rumored confirmation as true confirmation. How many times does Konami have to say it's a PS3 exclusive before people start believing it?

Even on the new PS3 commercial that shows MGS, look at the bottom left corner during the spot. It says "PS3 exclusives". Do you think Konami would let Sony do that and do you think Sony would pay to do that if it wasn't an exclusive. Geez...

Of course it's not unheard of for a developer to...
