The phishers make web pages that look like Xbox live, Facebook, or Paypal, and then they ask for your user ID and password. Since you are like most people you use either really weak passwords, or use the same password everywhere, they can now log onto all your accounts, and they start siphoning money out. Since there is no way to directly monetize xbox live accounts, they sell them on polish virtual item auction sites....

Sony isn't even a roller in the indy game scene... If you want to publish on PS3, PSP, or Vita you need a publisher, therefore you are not an Indy game developer...
No game gets on PS3 without a publisher. Zero, zip nada. If you have a publisher, you are by definition not an Indy... There is no Indy developer scene on PS3, it simply doesn't exist.
None of those games you listed are indy's not a single one. Every single game you listed (another PS3 fanboy list???) had a publisher, thus the are not indy games...
