im usually not very interested in JRPGS, but from the little information ive been finding about this game it truly has me intrigued. i could really go for a great PS3 JRPG, and this seems to be what im looking for.... hopefully at TGS they have a NA/EU release date, but i doubt that :(
hope it comes around April 2009 (only because then we all have lots of time to play it before the christmas season rush and we still have 2 months to enjoy KZ2 and RE5)
I've heard people like buying Warhawk instead of downloading it because downloading it takes more HD space.... but that doesnt really matter for most. and with all the add ons it probably does feel like a PSN game in a way.

Dec. 2 huh? well, thats a good time in my eyes because it leaves me a few weeks/month or two to get acquainted with Fallout 3, Dead Space, Resistance 2 among others.
However, I might wait until I see some reviews just to be sure. I liked the trilogy, didnt love it, but liked it, but 60 bucks at Christmas time is too crucial to blow on an okay game that only lasts 5-8 hours.

AC ahead of BioShock? i wasnt a huge fan of either, but it seemed like everyone loved Bioshock much more than AC... and Halo 3 #1? a f*cking joke that is. IMO Mass Effect alone is much, much better than Halo 3. nice to see that people remember games should start with a single player campaign first... unless of course talking about TF2, which is made specifically for MP

People love, love, love getting all the achievements. just look at achieve360points.com and see how many people are on there! and yes, it was ingenious of MS to do this, and honestly, i did it too.
Only for Mass Effect however, i love that game so effing much so when i went back, it was fun. i wouldnt do that for sh!tty games of course because im not gonna waste my time, but i know it drove me crazy seeing 34/48 (or however many there are per game) so i got 100%.

jesus.... 2009? im worried that the quality will be left in the dust for the name on the box. IW havent let people down yet, but 2009? that seems a bit premature, and while FPS' dont change a whole lot so IW could easily just switch out environments / enemy placements / enemies and whatnot, this just has me feeling uneasy for how quick it is coming.
