Stop defending the game because your favorite company purchased them, use your head instead.
The PS4 pro version also suffers from a terrible checkerboard implementation, making the image blurry and less detailed than even the base PS4.
Of course that was never fixed, never change Rockstar.

I'm one of those people that stops playing games quickly if the don't have interesting characters and story.

Its so obvious that people complaining are PC and XBOX only gamers, calling it a flop so that Square doesn't make anymore exclusives for playstation ever again.
They probably will never play the game, they just want playstation to lose yet another exclusive, and hope Microsoft buys them too.
In the end of the day this is about putting playstation out of business, just from sheer haterd.
Sony also a good working relationship with them, many of their games were exclusive to playstation for years.
