When they’re setting up a realistic world, yes it does matter. In order for someone to get her size, they need more than just a 45 minute session and a steak.
There’s a reason old bodybuilders did not get anywhere near the size they do now. You need so many extra things to help build and maintain that amount of muscle and I highly doubt Abby has access to any of it in the post apocalypse.

You don’t get that ripped without complete dedication to JUST doing that. The bodies in AC Odyssey for example are far more realistic depictions of combat ready people. Abby looks like a body builder, not a fighter. She’s larger than most MMA women’s fighters are ffs.
