No. He’s butt hurt the Pc version looks best (as always) so he’s asking what MINIMUM SPEC Pc looks better.
He’s so assmad about PC he’s constantly downplaying it. He does it on EVERY article when there’s a comparison. Frequently says things like “console is the best place to play x game”. He especially does it on articles where the game is insanely well optimized on PC and is capable of 4k max settings with over 100fps in mid range cards.

Not surprising since it’s mainly a Pc game/series. Plus all the mods and sales it gets. It’s frequently on sale for $20 with all the dlc included.
