though i don't agree with you that LBP is over rated. You are entitled to having that opinion.
Fight night 4: Great looking game, but I didn't enjoy the controls which was a deal breaker for me.
Gears of War: Deserves it praise, reason I picked up a 360.
Halo 3: Over-rated single player, but like always amazing Multiplayer
Killzone 2: A great buy for all PS3 owners. Not a perfect game, but definitely a great experience.
GTA IV: The mother of all Over-rated games this gen. The car controls were sh@t, and considering its a GTA game, tha...
@ Xlive: Doesn't it just blow your mind that something so ignorant can be said? Kinda like the turn 10 guys claiming the same with their game. See I don't buy into all this hype, I just calmly wait for the releases and then make my decision.
But what I don't understand is all this "The slim will kill the 360" or "360 will nullify with a price drop" talk.
To the 360 fanboys:
The slim was intended to finally get all those people on the fence about getting a PS3 to take the plunge, if they wanted a 360 they probably would have already got one considering its the cheapest home console out right now.
To the PS3 fanboys:
This price drop isn't going to kill off the 360, it alre...
No love for the Dog in Best Dev (They really upped the ante for Uncharted 2)? Or even Bioware; Mass Effect 2 (360/PC), Dragon Age Origins (360/PS3/PC), and The Old Republic (PC)? They have 3 very anticipated games for 3 platforms and still no love?
It wasn't there when I 1st made my comment. But wow finally seeing a GT game with dmg modeling is trippy, but in a good way. Now im really psyched.
LMFAO
Would've loved to see their car damage system though. Aside from that I'm pumped up, now just give us a damn solid release date already.
edit: wait so you don't agree that seeing GT5's car dmg system would've been great, or that you're happy without knowing an official release date??
Wasn't there a similar issue with Gears 2 demos at last years E3, and we all know how well that game turned out. lol
Any ways I'm really excited for this game. Bioware delivers top RPG experiences, KOTOR 1 and 2, and Mass Effect, gotta love em.
Is fanboys saying that Microsoft will counter with a 360 price drop. Which will most likely happen, but this isn't about the 360. Alot of gamers waiting to take the leap onto the PS3 just got their reason. If they wanted to buy a 360 they probably already have since its pretty much the cheapest console out right now.
That will not only push software sales of one of the best PS3 exclusives around but also get new PS3 owners hyped up about the upcoming sequel.
and one that will definitely increase the PS3 install base. I know alot of ppl who've been waiting for this. I might just have to grab one as a back up. Yay for more ppl being able to enjoy all those PS3 exclusive gems.
It seems like every time something positive comes out of the PS3 camp, some douchebag has to come and sh@t all over it for the rest of us.
and I sincerely hope they do; This along with the PS3 Slim. They could have this holiday all wrapped up.
to want devs to get the most out of the consoles their games are running on. Any ways, damn that tech demo was so boss. I can't wait to see different dev teams utilizing this engine for their future games.
Gotta love that media added flamebait. Aside from the useless title I can't wait to drop fifteen bones to play this gem of an XBLA game. Epic has done it again, what can I say they are striking gold with mostly all their releases lately.
A gaming "journalist" title or article space for that matter. Would You and HHG kindly GTFO.
If this is about informing people about how much Splinter Cell Conviction is better than its previous incarnations than why do you insist on making MGS apart of that distinction?
@Deadreckoning: I'm not complaining that MGS is in the article, im replying to his comment about this article being about how good this game is compared to the previous Splinter Cells but than goes on and put better than MGS gameplay-wise as a header. It doesn't make sense to me, maybe it does to you wh...
Yea, once you get the hang of it, the driving is passable. But I found myself just taking a cab to my next mission rather than having to drive there. But, again that is just my experience with the game.
