thanks, I read it before they updated it.
i know exactly what he meant and how he worded it, but I just had to point out the flaw in having everyone including the President playing COD. He used it as an example of connecting different people together, but I just wanted to point out the results if it really were a reality.
okay...
that wasn't hard to figure out at all.
Yes they did. Only the games made by really talented devs did not need patches.
I remember playing games on playstaion and n64 that work have the WEIRDEST game breaking bugs.
He is saying that games like Call of Duty connect people across the globe. So does he mean that by the president playing COD he's going to have a better understanding of different cultures and nations?
Um, no. If you play COD, the only thing you learn are racial slurs, bigotry, and hate. And plus you play as an American and British people that kill people who range from Russian and African. How is that a good thing?
I think a better game would be team fo...
You must not be trying to find them, and they are not hard to find at all.
How are you going to copyright a name that is a commonly used term? NASA is being stingy, either they dont what molyneux's game to steal their popularity, or maybe they want to keep track of the news Curiosity gets on the website. I don't feel that NASA should have any authority over who names what.
I won't believe it until I taste it.
"Isn't it amazing a year ago or longer, when the 360 sales were through the roof, vgchatz was unreliable, now that the PS3 is selling a little better, the numbers are reliable"
^ if that isn't the truth, I don't know what is.
"U.S. retail sales of video-game hardware, software and accessories fell 20 percent in July to $548.4 million, researcher NPD Group Inc. said this month"

this is not a OMG Gamestop is doomed article, but judging by how many people are learning of Steam and their ridiculous sales, I wouldn'...
I believe him. how is Gamestop going to survive in the long run by using their crap marketing anyway? Many of the family owned game stores are closing shop, so I wouldn't be surprised if gamestop took a huge hit by Steam and Origin in the next few years.
i can't wait to play Rush on these maps!
nope and nope.
it was a gimmick.

though I personally don't agree with the score, this review is very well thought out.
Though my only gripe with it is that the singleplayer graphics look WAY better than the multiplayer graphics (on consoles) too me. for instance, the Comrades mission where you're in the news center (the blur room with the tv screens) ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.
Multiplayer could be a mix bag for anyone in any game, but in my experience, I have a hell of a good time on co...
as a kid, I would buy every cool new game that came out, but now that im in college and can't afford to spend money on such things, I just buy games I KNOW I'm going to enjoy. Not to say other games that aren't major releases are bad or not enjoyable, but I tend to play games with very high replay value because it's less distracting when I know that I have work to do instead of trying to beat as many games as I can.
I just want to take the time to thank you.
Thanks
if there is one thing any dev should learn from FC2, was the level editor. Seriously, I lost a lot of hours building my perfect multiplayer map and sharing it to people who also ended up enjoying it.
