There are tons of FPS games that are played on PC, moreso than RPGs and RTS games. And no, console FPS games aren't better than PC versions.

Battlefield is a yearly franchise. They just don't release main series games every year. It's either a F2P game, or Downloadable game every other year.
Imagine pre-ording a game, then the company says, "Oh, we have to release it later then promised". That just doesn't fly.
I wonder how it would translate to handheld. The game itself is very fast paced and required VERY quick reactions and precision. IDK if handhelds or even consoles will have fun with it gameplay wise.
