I like meeting different people in lobbies, that's how I make more friends on XBL. If I used party chat ALL THE TIME, I wouldn't have met the people I play games with regularly.
I would like to see an assassin class too. Alchemists would be cool also, but healing from wounds in a short amount of time doesn't seem to fit this game I think. I think the game would benefit from running in, getting killed, respawn, repeat.
The DLC plan seems great and much like how DICE did the Karkand expansion (Although DLC will cost money from now on)
And yes I agree that a heavy soldier SHOULD be able to pick up a bow BUT have some SERIOUS drawb...
"Remedy believes Alan Wake’s American Nightmare is unlike anything else on XBLA"
Try playing Zeno Clash. That will weird you out.
it's amazing that the "pre-alpha" stage looks better than most games when they are done.
But is it practical?
"Plus it helps that Gordan Van Dyke, a former DICE man who has over five years of experience with the Battlefield series, is part of the team."
He helped produce Bad Company 2 so I'm going to buy it. Also, I've always wanted to play a "Battlefield with swords" game.
That would be like fighting with/against Ermac in MK9: Annoying. I like to have fun in fighting games, not have to make it a job/chore to show someone who's boss.
just news for upcoming game devs. I wan't to hear about updates, DLC, community events, tournaments, and future plans for the franchise. It's been a little too quiet over at DICE HQ lately.
the tech isn't impressive. Who would ever buy this game? I'd rather it have some actual mechanics other than point and shoot, like no revives or different types of guns. Then I'd be impressed.
I didn't like the demo for this game. A lot of people liked it, but I couldn't get past the stiff driving controls. I liked the urban tight corners from the past NFS games and didn't feel the thrill of speed from this game that other racers gave me. If you think this is the best racing game you've played, I recommend Codemaster's GRID (The best arcade racer I've played), Blur (Incredibly fun Mario Car Style game), Project Gotham 4, and Forza 4.
Then why did they say it had a COD influence? And the movement system looks just like the latest Splinter Cell game.
The CGI looked fake. But when he jumps out it looked awesome.
Ikr, I still play it on Xbox.
I thought I was the only time traveler!
I don't think COD4 maps would fit the MW3 play style. COD 4 maps were small, and with SO many killstreaks and perks in mw3 it won't fit the old maps too well. They'd have to redesign them which I think acti is too lazy to do.
@that_whore
The Xbox is the mix of both, Nintendo is casual, and ps3 is hardcore. There are more casual games on Xbox than ps3. When families go out to buy a console they usually go for Nintendo or MS. when ps3 come to mind its usually metal gear solid, god of war, dark souls, and uncharted, hardly casual games.
That was pretty cool.
I don't own the game, but my friend brings it over for me to play. The game is seriously unbalanced. I kept beating him with different teams like Ryu and Wesker, but then he started using Nemisis, Vergil, and Hulk. Those three are UNBEATABLE. The only way for me to win against him now is to spam, and I don't like to spam. He won't change his team either because he hates losing, so this is a BIG problem. I think the only way to beat him is to pick the same team he has, but he doesn...
Lord of the rings ripoffs? Kingdoms of A is basically Skyrim, Fable, Mass Effect, and world of warcraft put together.
That's what I do, there's still a good amount of people that play it.
