i LOVE the variety in the vehicles. i love the lush tropical enviornments that the races take place in.
and i think the devs did an excellent job in displaying there creativity in how to give each vehicle it's own advantage and in order to do that, they're going to need excellent level design which they seem to have downpacked also.
sony really knows what studios to buy and i think they've gotton a winner on thier hand with these guys/girls
the AI in uncharted was could get to hard and therefore "fustrating"
then rachet and clank had too much......... "variety"
NOW........killzone 2 does'nt have ENOUGH variety.

about a hit response system and motion capture animations, i lost all hope in this game as far as gameplay goes. all i could think of was about how there so caught up in graphics that gameplay to them has become graphics.
but then he went on and said that multiplayer is about 50 percent of killzone 2 (another words, a VERY BIG PORTION) i instantly got my hopes back up.
i'm really just hoping insomniac helps them out alot
since in game xmb is coming out this summer as sony stated........................ .....RIGHT?.................... .
about the multiplayer and other aspects of the game but right now.........all they talk about are the graphics, animations, and immersion(i think i'm spelling this wrong) which is fine but at the same time..........they're going to have some stiff competition in the fps market and i just hope that insomniac really helps them out.
because they seem like excellent devs with alot of potential but they just don't know exactly what to do with all of it. please guierella, deliver on ...
remember mgs3 sold roughly 4 million. which isn't really good compared to mgs2 selling 7 million copies.
but also keep in mind that mgs3 came out in the same holiday as HALO 2, splinter cell, HALF LIFE, and.................GTA. AND people got a bad taste in thier mouth from part 2(i know i did)
keep in mind, none of the previous mgs's had anywhere near the hype surrounding them as this one. literally, every ps3 owner i know(actually except 1) is getting mgs4.

the graphics are the best of any game out right now

yea man, sorry but shenmue was the SECOND greatest game of all time but unfortunetely they quit the damn series.
it would have held a spot right next to metal gear(no better......no worse)
but they just had to stop......................

but i have to give it to sniper though because to be honest, after they did'nt continue with the series, i started to just not care as much and mgs won by default because it continued.

but im a DIE HARD MGS.....FANBOY(which means i won't hear any negativity about it) and shenmue was on the dreamcast what mgs was for me on the playstation.
heartfelt stories are unbeatable in my book and not to many games can do it the way shenmue does it(except mgs)
