Just stop this crap already. Halo ODST is rated a great game and U2 is rated an excellent game. Everybody wins on both sides. I was thinking of buying U2 at launch but I got a feeling i will find it in the CLEARANCE BIN three or four weeks after launch just like i did for Killzone 2.

So what? You can't expect it to have the staying power like the ps3 is got at the moment. Ps3 is got the bluray drive which a lot of people are buying for. Even the ps3 at such a great price has gone down from 1st to six in a few weeks and keeps going down. So what? those ps3 only owners have had nothing to really cheer about in the last couple of years. that a so called expansion pack from a two year old game has kicked sony's last hope for a comeback (ps3 slim) out of the top spot. So so sad. What's even worse is that this expansion pack is at 900k preoders while sony's top title Uncharted 2 is not even a quarter way there. What does poor sony have to do to get these droids off the forums and playing their games instead. Hell i feel bad for sony beacause even their fans won't play their Sh*t.
This car is the Sh*t. I love how forza only has 400 or so cars but they are the ones that matter most and most that people want. Porsche, Lambo, Ferrari eg. eg. It's nice to see GT having lambs this time around. Forza game looks sick and sounds amazing I will also be getting GT 5 when ever they decide to release it. I can't wait to see what the Porsches in GT 5 look like.
Uncharted does look better in the graphics department to me. I have always been a fan of the splinter cell series and this one is got me pumped especially after seeing how they have changed the gameplay mechanics, Fisher just looks more bad ass. I think Splinter Cell will have the better story and better gameplay just by what i have seen.
Why are those who don't own a 360 or who don't pay for live so concerned about those who gladly pay for the good service? Saw a few at my local best buy for 299 80 gig but all xbox sold out. Maybe they are making for room for the slims? No xbox to be found anyways. @ my local Future Shop which is next door to best buy it was pretty much the same story, about 9 units of ps3 80gigs and 2 elites on the rack. I am in vanouver,B.C but for such a great deal sony is offering im surprised to see them still available.
first of all this game looks sick. I don't know how much developing time it has had but it looks way better than the first one and definitely takes a dump on killzone 2. This type of graphics could only be done on the xbox 360 without the 4 years of development time and 20 something millions dollars in development cost.

Most who buy a ps3 pick it up for bluray player use only and all those who pick up xbox is for gaming.

your spot on about the whole damage purpose in the game but the GT fans wouldn't know this since they have never had a realistic racing game like forza on their console. The poor things have only played with GT. They wouldn't have a clue about the effects of damage on the car and it's performance. There is no such thing on GT, just shiny cars that never seem to get scratched, damaged or affected in performance when taking a huge hit.
