It's already been calculated that in order for sony to win this gen they would have to sell at a rate of 500,000 units monthly for the next 36 or so just to catch up to the 360. I don't know if these numbers are 100% correct but if anyone knows which article i am talking about maybe they can post it. And that is taking into account that the 360 completely stops selling. Don't see how that could happen but i guess we shouldn't say never.

great to see numbers like this for North America. It must have sold about 2 worlwide in a week. It deserves the sales but why don't some people stop comparing it to Halo or Gears and just enjoy the games. Sales are great but they aren't at the level of the others but it doesn't take away the fact that it's still a great game. Accept and enjoy.
I guess but later is better than never. Everyone should get a chance to play ME. I bought it for 360 and was thinking of buying it again on pc now that's less than 20 dollars @ walmart. I hear the pc includes the add on for free.
For a title that received so much praise i am a bit surprised it managed to sell only 300k on it's first day. Usually the first couple of days are when a game sells the most. Congrats to ND for this Masterpiece. Im sure they will get their 2.5 mill in time. Not bad for one day but i was expecting to see records broken here.
that everyone gets to play such a game. If it comes to ps3 than so be it. To say this game is a turd is a matter of opinion, a poor and ignorant one but still his/her opinion. I think it's fair to say that most who give it a chance love it. PS3 fans who don't own a 360 or a decent p.c will be lucky to have this title grace their console.
considering it's on the ps3. You can't expect exclusives on ps3 to sell as much as exclusives on 360. It's been proven over and over again and it will be proven again with UC2. We all know it deserves better numbers but that's just the way the ball bounces on that side.

since it wasn't even mentioned in reviews. Doesn't affect the gameplay so don't sweat it. It's gotten some great reviews overall so just accept it. It is what it is. The definitive racer of this gen.

Sony has already tried something similar but it just wasn't as popular as the wii so what makes anyone think that their next intent is going to be any different?
