Bought mine for exclusives, free online (I refuse to pay for Live and buy a wifi adapter - I need one, so no cables) and PS2 BC, but those models aren't made anymore. I don't think the writer should've included BC in the list since he just talks about PS2 games and not PS1. The 360 list was better imo. I mean he included style as one of the reason...lulz.
LAWL! MH3 already outsold the Monster Hunter games that were on the PS2. This is currently the highest selling MH console game. I think it would've sold poorer on the PS3 because of the price and install base.
The only MH games that sold over a million copies were the handheld ones.

Finally an honest score for ToV. That game is just your average run-of-the-mill RPG, and just like many Tales Of games, the plot loses it and drags on.
I bought mine for the superior multiplats, and the exclusives. I know a lot of the 'exclusives' are available on the PC, but I prefer to play them on a big screen TV, sitting on a couch. Also, the 360 controller is one of the best.
If it's true, then it's all over for the Xbox 360. $299 is quite a steal; but I doubt this is true. I never heard of these guys before.

That's quite an accomplishment. Congrats MS and 360. I'm a little surprised the Wii wasn't the first one to surpass the PS2; maybe it's because the grandmas and soccer moms get bored with it after a day or two.

I agree. They should make a Ratchet & Clank limited edition and bundle one of these figures in.
The only exclusive the 360 has next year is Alan Wake (maybe; not sure if the PC version is coming out) and Halo Reach. Splinter Cell will go to the PS3 with new content. Mass Effect 2 is on the PC.
PS3 has WKC, God of War 3, Heavy Rain, The Last Guardian and much more.
Great numbers for Nintendo. Congrats to them. MS did pretty good as well. Sony...well the PS2 sold well for its 9th year.
