As a PlayStation console, the PS3 sales are pretty disappointing and embarrassing that they are very close to the 360 - a console Japan isn't fond of. Before any of you say, "b-b-b-ut the PS3 is being discontinued," the sales have like that for quite a while now.

Well the PSP, this month, sold pretty much the same as always - maybe less. I do agree that some may be waiting for the PSPGo.
As for the PS3 slim, nah. I don't think your average joe/casual gamer would frequent these types of gaming sites. I know Yahoo recently posted a rumor on the front page about the PS3 slim, but that was in August. All of these Slim leaks and rumors didn't explode until late July - early August. It'll be interesting to see how the PS3 sales are in August.
Terrible list. Having both SotC and Ico on there is fail. Also Okami isn't a series - there's only one game. Personally, I would like to the Shin Megami Tensei, Fatal Frame (why did it go to Wii :(, Twisted Metal and Kingdom Hearts series go to the PS3.
