Really weak attempt. Everybody and their pets know this game is crap. Retail copies are not selling at our local stores and even XBOX owners are openly stating that it is a big letdown. To put it into perspective it took 7 years worth of well deserved sales to make this amount. Now compare it to XBOX that wants to buy Activision for a similar amount and we know that they didn’t even earn that money due to their lacklustre console sales. Clearly highlights the length they will go through to take over the gaming industry. Lesson here is be like Nintendo, make great games and IPs, nurture them, cultivate sales and earn your success. Nintendo did it their way.

Don’t know why you got disagrees on this comment. I totally agree with you that the upcoming showcase better be full of surprises. Hell blade has been promised since the inception of the Series X but not even a peep from it as late. Forza is coming but one game a console does not make. You guys need to demand more from MS and if they don’t deliver, punish them by jumping ship. I did that to Sony in 2007 and only got a ps3 in 2010. Make MS feel it or reap this crap from them going forward.

CMA made their ruling already. An appeal if successful cannot repeal the ruling but recommend that they carry out another review from another angle. CMA can and will likely say no again. This whole process can take up to another 18 months. Congratulations half of this gaming generation for XBOX owners was literally this acquisition. Bunch of tools
