Been doing this for quite a while where I live. Order and pay online and specify which store I want to pick up from. Allows them to order exact number of limited editions from suppliers and less issues of staff selling/keeping limited stock for friends.
@Victor actually MS stopped free gamepass for employees. I remember that piece of news. They had had to clawback money from the Zenimax purchase. Now they doing what everyone warned the xbox crowd of raising gamepass. Mark my words, they heading third party they have no choice with the cost of the Activision acquisition. XBOX slways ends up doing the opposite of what it promuses, thats what happened.

At this rate is it even worth it replacing their executive? Why make changes when the plan is to fold the division into another. Writing is on the wall: Microsoft Games NOT XBox. They transitioning to a streaming, service and third party publisher future and trying to acclimitize their small but very rabied fanbase. Phil at this point is just a relegated figurehead.
We do not hate XBOX. We hate what it represents; consolidation of the industry and attemting to push for a totally digital and streaming future where you do not own your purchases. As far as I can see theres actually no need for concern because XBOX is self imploding and to this end I'm glad they haven't gotten rid of Phil becuase I want him around for the interviews and dialogue when their house of cards totally collapses.
