wouldnt be surprised if this game was projected to sell 5 million , if you look at the previous game it seems reasonable.
now that this game isnt on ps3 and ps4, the xbone and 360 would not sell as many. though exclusive games tend to get more sales just being exclusive, they could probably reach 3.5m. so thats 1.5m games less sold. that means ms must have made a deal that would cover the sales of tha...

ive only seen gameplay video of teaser and it looked terrible, textures looked bad, lighting was off and shadows seemed static.
just saw the hideo discussion with keighley on gt and they said that they had to deliberately make the teaser look bad so that it looks like its made from an indie studio.
ive actually wanted this feature in the early days of ps3. that would have needed both players to have the game though.
then onlive came out and i saw the actual potential of it coming true.
so ive probably been waiting for this for over 5 years. im not as interested as this as i was before though, since my gaming circle has shrunk.
but you are in front of the tv, its just them borrowing the controls for a time. its not like you are away and your friends playing all your games.

im guessing this is for couch gaming and not many people would be taking control so often. im also wondering what would happen if you both own the game. would that be unlimited.

in a sense was the same as demon souls and dark souls. dark souls was a blatant fu to sony. sony helped publish demon souls and owned that ip, massive popularity and from software decided to make dark souls so it can go multiplatform.

its a little sad knowing my ps4 version is not going to be the definitive version though. maybe the PC version wouldnt have the downgrade we saw from the recent gameplay previews.

well, maybe. i think it depends on ms, they have a weird policy that doesnt allow indies to release on other platforms or something like that. which is why sony is getting most of the indie titles.
this is ninja theory saying f**k you to publishers and sony.
gone down the self publishing route since they probably hated the publishers guts. they then went and make a game that has a title which is blatantly similar to sonys ip which ninja theory created.
hope this game does well and they are free to do whatever they want. just make a game you want to make and not a game that you think will sell. i want to see how creative these guys can get.
tbh i didnt really buy it when he said he named his daughter after this game. just seemed like something he did for nintendo promotions at that time.

did the kickstarter have to fund more money for this project to reach the wiiU stretch goals? if that was, i feel sorry for wiiU fans. im happy its still available for ps4 though.
only played the last game and enjoyed it, cant say im a fan of the series though since i never played them and it is supposedly very different to the game i played.
