Not sure why I got downvotes. The planets all being different sizes is a good thing. That's why it's stupid when someone walks across one and says it was smaller than they expected. How do they know there isn't a bigger one out there?

The next gen versions look leagues better...I really think some people are blind. They didn't lose any details...More likely it's an effect of the softer lighting. This look MUCH better
Edit: Aside from the detail on Batman's cape. The new version looks terrible around 4:56 mark

The price is high, but it's not overpriced for what you get. HTC isn't make a bundle off people for buying the hardware...They're basically selling it for barely more than it costs them to manufacture. Remember how much the PS3 cost at launch?
Any of you that think VR is a fad clearly have no idea what you're talking about. I've worked in the game industry for over a decade and although VR isn't replacing conventional modes of play; it's a big deal and AAA is even moving toward that direction. Go ahead and downvote me you unintelligent console peasants. I scoff at you from my ivory techno tower.
Eh, VR isn't a gimmick, but the software needs to catch up with the hardware. I haven't played my vive for a while because I'm waiting for more content.

Right by the Witcher 3 is one of the best games ever made and CDPR's level of support for their product is incredible. It's also a fully fleshed out game with an amazing story and gameplay. It's not a glorified tech demo with a bunch of missing features that have been advertised in videos and various interviews with Sean Murray.
I'm a fan of all the NMS patches though, maybe in time it will more closely resemble what was advertised. I liked parts of this gam...
I'm all for giving them a chance to add in the features that are advertised in the steam launch trailer since we were promised them. That is what advertising is. The devs don't have to say, "we promise these features will be in at launch". They lied, it's quite simple. It's going to take more than adding basebuilding to get me coming back to this game, but with the money the devs made, I sure as hell hope they're going to add more features in. I'm still rooti...
I put over 20 hours in. Just because I put that much time in doesn't make it a great game. I didn't realize how rinse and repeat it would be and that the ending was a complete joke. I'm not saying the game is horrible, but for $60 it is not a good game. Yes the game has some groundbreaking stuff and it has a decent engine, but that those things do not make a whole experience. This game is a tech demo and should have been an early access title.
Are you serious? In its current state this is one of the most disappointing games I've played in the last 5 years. Especially with respect to the AAA price. Next article from this guy is going to be defending George Lucas' Star Wars prequels.
They really should have let us go back to the Omega Camp in Phantom Pain. Especially since they said we'd be able to. Would have been nice to have one or two interior levels as well. Such as Shadow Moses..

I hate that we can't respond to responses on this site...come on N4G....anyway yeah,,, Arkham Knight wasn't a great port, but it's runs fantastically on my rig too. Not sure why you guys downvoted starchild. I can run it at 60fps+ frames a second on higher than 1080p and everything maxed out. So yeah...even the new Deus Ex runs great, you just have to turn down MSAA (which arguably doesn't make the game look better) so it's not as bad of a port as people are making it out ...
Games should never be "ported" from console to pc. The pc versions should always be developed alongside of the console versions, or the console versions should be ported from the pc source.
It was one of the most absolutely hyped games in years, man...
Ironically? Pc versions are almost always better. Even Arkham Knight (on my rig it is at least)
