Yes, while I don't see it as "funny" I see it as sad. Why would anyone put up with the BS that T10 just put everyone through and then reward their behavior by buying their overhyped game?
We as gamers should not reward such behavior by giving them our money. Let them go broke, maybe it'll teach them some core values.
The reason I'm not buying this game is all the false hype. The fact that FM3 doesn't really look any better than FM2, GT5:P looks better visually...
Shift looks much better. Forza has better physics though.

That pic of the c0ckpit can't be real, can it? I've never seen anything so...detailed before in an game.
I'm having trouble believeing that shot is really in game. But if it is I'm in for a real treat come 2010.
I think the graphics look good. I've played the demo alot, despite the games flaws it is a good one imo nonetheless. The visuals aren't as good as GT5 from my standpoint. But they're great looking. I love Forza 2 and really this game is an improvement on Forza 2 and as long as it accomplished that goal, then I'm happy.
It a helluva lot closer than GT5 is. The point that tea made was that Dan G. was clever about his choice of wording. In the end even he knows that GT5 will have a level of polish his whole team dreams of achieving.

Technically speaking you're wrong as Turn 10 has opted for the roman numeral system hence the III, which would be correct. Therefore it would be "Forza Motorsport III"

I'm not fond of it's design, but I am excited as far as the technology goes for this particular motion control system.
I've got my copy already the day it dropped. I enjoy it. I think the game is good thus far. I like the ability to approach my objectives in a somewhat tactical manner. I'm also enjoying the lore behind the ODSTs. They come off as a mix of Paratrooper/Ranger.
Bad news. This character looks and acts like sh!t. Good news. I won't ever have to use her in my party.

I personally never expected much from the damage system anyways. Vehicle manufacturers will only let sims like GT5 and Forza III introduce so much damage. It has to do with any featured vehicle company not losing their "safety" status that they tout around.
Which is why even in GT5 you're not going to see "realistic" damage. Not in entirety. But who cares, honestly? I don't, not really. I care more about the race and looking at the vehicles.
I really don't care what others say. I love Forza 3. I can't stop playing the demo. With that said GT5 I feel is better. Visually speaking. I can't speak for the actual gameplay itself. Oh, and I find the animations to be superior in GT5 as well. Just from video feeds. As much as I love Forza 3(and will buy it regardless)the fact that they half assed the c0ckpit big time. No shift animations whatsoever, not even for the paddle.
Anyways, Forza 3 will keep me entertained for a long time...
The funny thing about those stats is that, I have yet to have a 360 die on me. All of my friends who own one...same thing. 1 out of 67 of my Xbox LIVE friends had a failure. But, yes I do think it does need a redesign. Why? If these stats are in fact, true, then it does. Period.

This year I have already payed off. Dragon Age:Origins, Operation Flashpoint:Dragon Rising, Halo ODST, Alpha Protocol, Forza 3, Demon's Souls, Assassin's Creed II, Boarderlands, and MW2.
2010....Mass Effect 2, Mafia II, Castlevania, Fable III.....forget it too many to list about 10-15 games next year....Where I will find the time is beyond me....
