The fact is, and apparently you missed the point, which was T10 hoodwinked us. The visuals that they showed off all this time. No where near the demo. Have you ever played FM2? If so pop it back into your disc tray...Play it, then play the demo and you will clearly see.

There is indeed something to complain about. T10 hoodwinked us. Showing us "actual gameplay" that looked as though it would easily rival GT5's visuals. In reality not even close.

When you compare FM2 to FM3 there is not much of a difference in the car models at all. Sad really. FM3 had the potential to be great, now not anymore. Not by my book.
In short no. The PS3 doesn't need Heavy Rain to be better. The PS3 imo has proven itself already. I imagine that as far as the PS3 is concerned it will only get better from here. Here's to hoping that is the case.

I'd advise you to view the youtube vid in HD. It's a vid of the Mercedes SLS AMG. A car I believe that FM3 will not have.
You can clearly see that GT5's visuals outstrip FM3's by miles and miles. The interior view in FM3 is horrible. A nightmare. There is no detail just some low mesh applied. Go on admit it. I did a direct comparison to FM2 and the in game models look damn near identical.
