Stop using percentages its not 20% as that makes it sound like its very few cars but its not as there are 1031 cars in the game.
You have 231 premium cars thats plenty of cars for you to go and smash as if you are playing Burnout.
As for the people who can't get to level 20 or 40 they don't deserve GT5. Its a hardcore game after all.
