But graphics are just part of the equation there are set pieces, game play and story.
Graphics - I own part 4 and while good only the main characters looked good everything else was way below in quality. Dynamic lighting was almost non-existent which means the enviroments felt stale. There is more to this but it would take to long.

Over 90% of games on consoles run at 30fps and that's great...60fps is amazing but not needed. At first I didn't like the new look but it grew on me and I've watched enough vids and read enough to know it has a very good shot at being a more well rounded title.
This is just my well informed opinion and to each his own.

Why not a GOTY contender what are the other big games at its level AC3, RE6 or another Halo...the only one out of those 3 that are really pushing their respective series is RE6.
Right now DS2 is the biggest improvement in its series.
Please keep in mind Ill be getting Sleeping Dogs, Transformers, RE6, AC3, Dishonored as well all day one and DS2 stands above them all with quality and quantity. Facts agree with me as well not opinions.
The sad thing is the logic used for the scores is broken example 15 positives and 2 negatives is equals 93%...how do get that score?
Whats worse is none of these reviewers have a solid logic on how the come up with a score its like they pull it out of the air.

Both L4D and DS2 have those features as a multiplayer component.
Demon souls lets you trick/help other players.
Putting them together is does not equal you dropping into my game as a random enemy and potentially preventing me from progressing further in a game.
SP interaction on this level has never been done before...no one but Capcom thought hey lets allow players to drop into another players game and actually fight another...
