I play single player more than online, so as far as I am concerned someone is dead wrong
I prefer the X1 controller. Eneloop rechargeables last close to a month on one charge.
Awesome list. Thank U, MS.
I c the value in PSNow for some, but it has no value to me. I have no interest in playing PS1 games again, or PS2 games, I have a PS3 to play those PS3 games, have a PS4, and not paying Sony more to play what I already can play. Killer app, don't know about that...
I agree, I own all the consoles, and who is 1st 2nd 3rd means nothing to me. The X1 gets the most play, I prefer the controller, Live, OS, multimedia, upload, achievements, minor difference in graphics, imo vs the PS4, updates are awesome, Windows 10 integration, MS got the ship turned around. I play all multiplats on the One, looking forward to more exclusives in 2k15 vs the PS4, so as my tastes go, the most games for me are on the One. MS knows what they are doing. Just keep doing that....
MS just needs to keep doing what it is doing. A slimmer box would not change their fortunes that much now. Just keep doing the important updates, games, bc, improved UI, integrating Windows 10. I am not buying another console, and it looks fine to me in its current form. It already runs cooler and quieter than a PS4, so I see no rush in a slim. The console is design to be put on a shelf, not to carry and tote around like a Wii. Fine wit it as it is. This article is just more hateraid fo...
Who said anything about having the new UI? I meant I like the current UI and looking forward to the changes. You guys on these forums search to hard looking for gotcha moments.
I am in the preview program. I like it very much..
It is what I expected. 900p upscaled to 1080, is what it is. I got both consoles, will probably get the game on the X1 since it is my console preference.
Going to be an awesome year for us multiconsole X1/PS4 gamers..
Based on all the MS hate, cloud negative secret sauce feedback, responses we have seen in many forums since the release of the X1, I was beginning to think the cloud was just made up and would not be used to improve gaming. Interesting, indeed..
Phil Spencer should be proud, with the cleanup he has mangaged. We are proud. A competitive gaming market is good for all gamers. For most of us who always own multiple consoles, its only about the games, features, not the plastic boxes that plays them.
No one is talking about the PS2 PS3, days, as we all have had those consoles. I am talking about this gen where MS and Sony said it was virtually impossible for back combat given architecture of the Ps4, and X1 compared to last gen. I am glad MS found a way around it. It is that simple.
Would I care if the PS4 was back compat, no, because I only bought the PS3 for Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, Resistance games, basically its exclusives the few I like, some ported to the PS4. I also buy all the consoles but the PS3 was mainly a blu ray player for me, never liked PSn, or online on the console.
All my online or multiplats I bought on the X360, so I own about 14 PS3 games, not really playing any, and use the console to watch movies, so, no could care less if the...
Many of us own thousands of games going back to the Atari 2600 days. I own 150 Xbox 360 games alone, so back compat is important to me.
Really, nitpicking about the dups on the back compat wall? Getting beyond ridiculous. Some of you notice stuff that many of us did not even pay attention to. Who actually has nothing better to do than count each game to verify the wall?
I am just a gamer who plays all consoles, really don't care how many game dups MS squeezes on the wall to make that swirl effect.
The point is that they are working to make the games compatible. That is all that matters...
Well said, it is just about the games for me. Not into the foolish childlike fanboy stuff that goes on these sites. Many of us over 40 gamers just want to discuss games, and are turned off by my dingaling is bigger than yours discussions that many of these topics turn into.
As far as I am concerned, MS has corrected the ship, and although I own a PS4, X1, and Wiiu, my console of choice is the Xbox. Very happy with what MS has done to fix the messy launch and what they have done with the monthly updates. Very happy with the console.
Yeah, it works quite nicely.
Lets be honest, if the console resources are used for graphics and not much else is going on, I would hope the visuals would be top notch. This was not on my radar as by the name sounded religious to me, and did not sound like my type of game. One thing I don't like is when gamers bash other gamers who may like action, explosions, shooters, or other, then call them mindless, as to say the gamer is mindless, just because he/she may not share your view. If you want serene games like this...
