First time I saw the on-stage of Ratchet and Clank all 4 one it looks really fun, definitely buying it. More games need classic co-op platforming. :)

For people saying "I wouldn't want to play against M/K players" this is a Co-op game. CO-OP. You don't fight each other. You work together.
But I guess the hope is here that Valve port Counter Strike or something else to PS3 which would be one of the best things ever.

Funny, MGS2 has a lot of these and they're my favourite parts. Escorting Emma was kinda fun because you got to see more of Raiden's Personality. And the under-water segments were done pretty damn well. It required quick-thinking and it actually fitted within the location of the game. It wasn't just tacked on.
I've only ever been turned on by GT5.

No. Not when the device is $99/$170AUS... I doubt they've (the ozmodc*nts) sold triple figures yet. It's going to be patched extremely quickly and users will HAVE to update as firmware updates are included on-disc. So pirates can only play older PS3 games.

If GT5 didn't have Karts, didn't have NASCAR, didn't have WRC, didn't have night racing, didn't have dynamic weather it'd STILL be the best racing game of all-time. Kotaku is the worst of the worst.
Finished watching it all. Damn that was awesome. Yamauchi is so damn brave and he's really professional. Having him at the head of GT5 is just making the game so much more awesome.

I hear ya man. That Heavy Rain spoiler kinda killed the game, but it was still fun and had it's moments. :)
It'll sell well. I mean, pre-orders are a FRACTION of the actual sales. Reach pre-orders are 1M, but it'll sell far more than that... Probably up to 6M (or more, don't quote me on that part)...
Same with Move, it might only be 88th on AMAZON but there are pre-orders on more than just that website, and isn't amazon.com JUST the US?

They've changed the most important thing : GAMEPLAY. More expansive environments, more destruction, jetpacks, vehicles, more robust multiplayer (customization & any-order unlocks), better controls, brand-new modes.
God this looks fun. Can't wait. This, GT5, LBP2... Probably won't be off my PS3 for another 10 years.
Someone answered me in a comment saying this doesn't even open piracy. You can't share the files online you CAN rent a game and save it to a HDD but nothing more. Just not worth $170AUS and the fact is if you want to play GT5, Uncharted 3, inFamous 2 you'll HAVE to download the newest PS3 firmware. So the PS3 really is far from hacked. Also, haven't seen any homebrew stuff at all.
