He wanted to break away from GOW so badly, my only hope is that is time away has treated him well, and that he is willing to recommit himself to developing.
I would agree about most points, Xbox controller has been far superior for some time over the PS brand. As for the next gen it looks as if Sony has made some good changes as far as the feel of the controller goes. Still is a bit disappointing that they choose to keep thumb sticks on the same axis instead of doing more like the Xbox having them separated
I'm optimistic for this game, than again I'm a sucker for this time period. I think for coming out as a day one title I think it is very ambitious. So I'm going to elect to Gamefly it first, give it a try. It's a new ip on new hardware so I welcome it. #newexperience
I think what people are failing to understand is that these consoles from here on out will read games from the HD only. It's to much data needed to push through the system to disc read only. This is not a great move on Sonys part because these games will be big from a data stand point. MS is allowing external along with Nintendo. The need to expaned the drive will be needed
Well thats the pot calling the Kettle black. LMAO
There was once a time everyone despised Steam. Now most of everybody loved it. Publishers want this model replicated over all platforms. Personally I feel it would be better for gaming due to the extremely high cost to make a AAA game
Well games are reading off the hard drive so no surprise there I guess. Still looking forward to it
Have to agree with what someone else has mentioned, in this game space to effectively use the console you need at least 50gb if not you are doing a extreme balancing act between patches and dlc. I mean how could you ever hope to take advantage of Ps plus with this
Prefer external power sources, from design and engineering stand point
Although MS has had a rough start projecting there vision for the future the console, but its going to be the one for me (no pun intended.) The Ps4 price point is extremely tempting, but for me it's not just the games, but the shared experience with my friends on Xbox live of the last 7 years. I belive that Ps4 gamers will experience this feeling of connection. Due to having to pay for the online connectivity for games along with cross gaming chat.
My local GameStop only took 8 with a $100 buy in. I remember how with the 360 they fell short. So I guess better safe than sorry

I think it's a bit of a mistake, yes they were concerned about cost, but it shouldn't come at the price of fragmenting the market place from the jump. All they have done is make another optional device, instead of integrating it into the system, and to me going back on there word just a little since Feb, when they first showed the controller along with the eye as if it was standered.
I dont believe this to be true, due to that my copy is in transit from Gamefly since yesterday
Well you put some faith in a company when you by new tech but I can see your point lol
I own a Wii-U but my patience with being a early adopter went out the window after the Rayman debacle
I totally agree with you on the fact that you will need to have a disc for verification that you still own the game. Like what we have now but make it mandatory that the game be installed. For example what you have on your Pc just without the registration code. To get what we have on Pc we will have to read off a drive plan and simple even with a highend DVD lens read tech or Blu-ray which read speed is slower it's mathematically impossible to read the data needed to play say a game like...
Just don't disagree rebuttal with something,if not your just a cheerleader sitting on the sideline. Lets have discussions and healthy debate
Well I enjoy how some will speak on this topic, and not even really be able to understand the process in which it takes to create these type of Die (chips).
