I can understand both sides of the argument.
On the Sony side they are right the biggest focus should be on the games. With that you see the quality stuff that came from them on a first party level.
But with the lack of the arcades and other ways to get entertainment, I can see MS point in saying we need to expand what we offer. Unfortunately it's hurting them right now with developing the titles at the same scale as the PS4

I think the ps4 is great for gaming more so due to the gddr5 memory, but for multitasking app pushing I'm not sure if that memory being unified is a good thing. Happy for all the Sony fans though for the Nov 15 it's over due they get a proper launch at a reasonable price. Me personally cant wait until Nov 22
You know I was really excited and still excited for this game, there aren't many if any games of this type on MS consoles. I usually had to go to God of War to get my fix.
Personally I think gamers are focused to much on rumors and lines on screen way to much. I'm just thankful that we are getting new consoles at the same time on both sides of the isle so I see it as a win win.
I think it's the esram thats causing this hiccup. The unified gddr5 can not be contested and this in the beginning, shows why. My thought is as time goes on the playing field will level a bit more. Still all around we all win as gamers these numbers personal don't mean much more the experience coupled with services
Disc reading is a thing of the past this is what is going to be standered along with having your own external drive. Sucks because until they patch to use hard externals we are stuck with balancing

Let me first start off by saying yes I'm getting a X1, but that does not mean I'm a Sony basher. When I first saw the PS4 I was extremely skeptical of the design, not because it looked bad, but because the power source was internal, and my biggest question was how will they despite the thermal heat from converting AC to DC.

Look @dboyman comment then you can understand my thoughts on Sony needing to show me more than trailers of how the online experience is supposed to be. I owned a Ps3 slim for some time. Every game that was multi platform I picked up for the Xbox due to the social aspect of that console.
I think Sony is doing some great things this time from the X86 cpu to the gddr5 ram. Not trolling just stating what is important to me as a consumer.
