But it has been out a year less, so the 360 has more. It means that the ps3 consistently has great games and is likely to have more than the 360 in a set period of time. By this time next year, the ps3 will have more great games than the 360 does now. Just look at the list which I won't bother posting.
Edit: You can only compare them once they are finished. At that stage whichever has the most great games, not the highest percentage, will be the winner, but as of right now 360 is...
It is already showing it's age it was used in Oblivion 3 years ago, and by the time they have a decent game made it will be running on a 5 year old engine...
A demo attached to a movie isn't going to sell many more ps3's than is standard. FFXIII will sell many ps3s though.
It just means that the guy who wrote this article never read the original statement from Perry. He said he "knew somebody at Sony" who said that the next psp wouldn't have umd.

I like the ds there are 4 in my house but it gets me irritated when I hear someone say it is the best game ever. Clearly it is a fun game and I will probably get it, but don't compare it to a game which is absolutely huge in comparison. It is a good game by ds standards, but if this was on the ps3/360 people would be complaining. IGN is a very good website I have almost always agreed with their scores for ps3 games, I think the guy writing this is either an idiot, saw one bad video and reported it as a trend, or is biased against the ps3 and is trying to make ps3 fans look bad by saying every website is biased against it.
I see the writer's point I wish they would totally mislead us with cgi followed by "graphics representative of game". I much prefer watching the art of deception and misleading wording evolve.
4.8/10... Who the hell is hating on a game with no details, is nearly a year away and is the portable version of one of the best MULTI-PLATFORM games this gen?
He isn't voicing an opinion on it he is just hating plain and simple, and did you ever think the reason people disagree with "killzone sucks" comments is because, well, they disagree with that statement?
It's a fantastic game when you are with a friend playing through, by yourself it isn't great, but there are plenty of people around me with the game so I'll be fine:)
Edit: I'll bet that it sold pretty even on each console, I've seen more hype for the 360 version since most people were more focused on Killzone, but it will even out since playstation fans like resi games, the same way tomb raider sold more on ps3, it just seems like it should
He hits the nail on the head there that is exactly the aura I feel from Nintendo. It feels like they don't want to be ambitious in their technology in case they take a hit in profits. They are very sly too, if you question them they start trying to make you feel like you were expecting the world, and they will name the two games worth playing last year.

It will be the year of the ps3 if it gets a price cut, if it was the same price as the 360 it would kill it. As soon as the ps3 drops in price the 360 will, just to keep up, the ps3 will sell loads more but that doesn't mean the 360 will stop selling

My friend had a wii and wanted a ps3 or a 360. He got a 360 because the online is free, as it should be. They really need to highlight the fact you get everything with the ps3, whereas with the 360 you need to buy a hdd or wifi and pay for a couple years of online. I think that is their plan with their value argument but they aren't advertising it very wel...
