Otherwise the last remnant would be out on ps3 right now, where their biggest fanbase is. They say they aren't releasing a ps3 star ocean, so they are forcing their fans to buy a new console. Japan is the jrpg's main hunting ground so why wouldn't they release the game on the console with the huge lead over there?

Microsoft bought square enix itself as a timed exclusive? Anyway they didn't believe in their games enough, they didn't believe that with their help the playstation would get back on top and sell their games, and they took the promise of a quick buck over long term success. It turned out they won't even have short term success.
They wait for someone else to do really well then sue them for their success. Makes me sick.
I wouldn't be surprised... Microsoft backed HD-DVD to slow blu ray, so why wouldn't they back dreamcast to slow down ps2? It's only money to them, they use their money to get ahead wherever they are, not their high quality products, which is irritating.

Sega are fantastic Valkyria Chronicles, Empire: Total War, and now yet another AAA game, and on the wii no less!They've shown everyone how it's done so finally I can dig out my wii now. Sega and Sony have been the best developers this gen, no doubt.

Can't believe what he is saying. Just look at it and see it is the best looking game ever, regardless of if you are being tricked or not. The whole idea of a game is to create the illusion of motion, characters etc. The game is not real, it is designed to make you think you are in a warzone, not to actually brainwash a guy on a distant warring planet and let you control him...
They are all first person shooters now where you shoot fugly enemies. Just because the enemy looks disgusting doesn't mean it's scary, silence for a while with slight movements they were the scary ones. You felt someone was watching you, but a new genre was born instead of survival horror is shoot the disgusting looking things before they eat you!(Any "yo momma jokes will not be tolerated!)

They seem to have given it a 9 not because it is a great game, but because it isn't a bad one. This is the complete opposite of killzone 2 reviews(which have nothing to do with it as you said, but shows the difference in mentality when reviewing halo or killzone) The killzone reviews took points off for minor details which weren't perfect, whereas this adds points on for every detail they find which isn't bad
