What makes it exclusive when you can play similar games on different systems
Most of the games that are listed for the PS4 are games the average hardcore game hasnt even heard of or arent even interesting. I've got to hand it to Sony, somehow doubling what Microsoft has yet Microsoft seems to be the one dominating the games. I'll take what Microsoft has over what Sony has anyday, even tho thats not a factor because I'm getting both systems.
Would you like to have your whole life ruined just because of some joke that doesnt hurt anyone. If he did act on it then yeah he should do jail time, but not just for words on an online game.
The kid was probably just joking. She was probably PMSing and probably wanted to make someones life miserable. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton say stuff like this every single day and they're considered heroes. Spike Lee tweeted an address to George Zimmermans house which is highly illegal and only got sued.
This is why I keep saying that the Xbox1 can have amazing graphics. Once the new graphic engines like the UE4 and Source 2 are available, even the WiiU, tho to a lesser extent will look amazing for what little power they have. All it takes is some optimization and anything is possible.
Wait til you see that none of this matters, once both systems are optimized to their full strengths it just wont matter. We're still waiting for devs to use game engines that are made exclusively for next gen like UE4.
Digital Foundry has declared Ryse to be the best looking launch game and they are supposed to be the most respected when it comes to technology.
According to the PS4 fanboys it should, just listen to them talk about Ryse getting downgraded, yet they will not provide a single screenshot to back it up, they just say 900p is unacceptable and is completely last gen.
@Digital
Infamous also only has a few enemies on screen.
It should be like the original Halo, where a bunch of levels allowed you to go in different paths, Choosing long range or CQ or onfoot or vehicles etc but not completely open world like GTA. But for a side game yeah an open world Halo can exist like Halo 3 ODST, one of the most underrated games which deserves a bigger sequel. Slightly off toppic, am I the only one thats feeling a Halo 3 ODST vibe from the Reset game.
@ace
The difference was that E3 was only a couple weeks after, they still showed some games, but there was no need to show everything. A lot of the stuff Sony had was just the stuff they had at their reveal.
Can you show me a screenshot where Ryse looks much more worse from the E3 build, same with DR3. Forza is the only game that I know of that got a "severe" downgrade.
Some games just dont work with open world tho. A game like Uncharted or Quantum Break just probably wouldnt work too well being open world.
I can count at least 4 new IPs that are exclusive to X1 that have been already announced.
Every system is going the way of all in one now, Microsoft just advertises all of its functions more. They are in no way abandoning gamers. Yeah Microsoft had some years where there were droughts but so did Sony. The first 2 years of ps3 didnt have much to offer, neither did 2012.
These are probably the same type of people that say their dick is much much more larger than everyone elses even tho its only a millimeter above average. Anyways I wouldnt worry about the power gaps and instead just wonder whats in it for both systems. There will be games on the X1 that will make Ryse look terrible and there will be games on the Ps4 that will make Killzone shadowfall look terrible.
I believe that they are using esram is like NOS for a car, making an underpowered machine that is still capable of standing with the big guys.
Has there ever been a generation where there wasnt a machine that was more powerful than the others. The xbox was way more powerful than ps2 in every single way, didnt stop the ps2 from having great looking games. If the X1 can come close to achieving the graphics from the UE4 tech demos, which it should because all the other UE tech ...
Look at all these microsoft haters. Yeah Turn10 might not include everything other racing games have, but you cant blame it on hardware since all the stuff they excluded has been in racing games since the ps2/xbox era. You can call them lazy all you want but they still focus alot on getting the car physics right and when they do add weather it will be a step above others, trust me.
Well the ps2 had some amazing looking games for its time with shadow of the collossus, MGS3, Killzone and a few others despite the technical gap that was wider than this current generation. The xbox was very powerful at its time and had the best looking games but it wasnt miles ahead of its competition, so that tells you that having skilled programmers that can create amazing art styles even for a weaker system is better than just some technical specs and numbers.
What about the Last of US
