Do not waste your money on the (smart tv) versions. Why would you need all those extra processors for Internet searching and movie apps when your just going to hook up a console that does it all already.

Did you know the 360 can also upscale to 1080p (its funny how Microsoft try to swing this upscaling as some new Xbone feature) although most current gen console games aren't even fully 720p native resolutions especially the call of duty series most have been around 560p.
The difference here is likely the same as NFS most wanted. All textures are HD as opposed to variable on current gen, slightly better draw distance and maybe better lighting with less torn frames. Amazing how similar the lap times are, looks like there really nailing how the cars handle in project cars seeing as F1 is dedicated to just F1 style cars and Project cars has all kinds. I personally enjoy sitting back and chilling on the couch over sitting at a desk with the screen all up in my face but that's just me.

The pinnacle of engineering is being able to do more with less and Nintendo was able to pull this off with the Wii U. Also in regards to the article both the Wii motes + and Gamepad have the potential to bring more immersion to games (when utilized properly) over a standard controller not that there is anything wrong with a regular dual stick controller, it's nice to have options and that's one of the Wii U strengths.
Ok cuntilumkin, upscaling the compressed 480p gamecube textures on your pc through the dolphin emulator is considered full HD in your PC elitist mind but the game running on Wii U using the original uncompressed artwork textures in native 1080p you apparently consider sub HD.
