I'm not too fond of the art style either... But gameplay looks incredibly fun! Due to this genre being my favourite, aside from MGR:R this is near the top of my anticipated list.
Exactly my point. It looks like a pretty damn good action game. But NOT Devil May Cry. That just kills it for me... They basically just used the DMC name for sales which is pathetic. And the sheer arrogance, and insults being thrown everywhere by Ninja Theory certainly doesn't want me to purchase their game. I will admit, I'll buy the game once it hits the $20 bargain bin.

Oh my god, the McLaren F1 LM! People hadn't forgotten about that car<3 And of course the Zonda R! What about the RaptorGTR, Saleen S7 and Ultimate Aero SSC? Eh, I don't have the game, but I'd get it if it included those three cars!
You can knock people off some of the stages and they'll die, but it won't count as a "kill". The only way to score a point or reduce the lives of the opponent is by landing a special move. Just saying... as myself and tons of other people have stated for the thousandth time, this is NOT Super Smash Brothers... Jeez people... -_-

See, the thing is... It actually looks like quite a good action game to be honest. But calling it Devil May Cry, and such is what pisses people off, including myself. Also, NT's arrogance and what has been said regarding "DMC" also doesn't help. So I will not be purchasing this game "new" at all until maybe it hits the bargain bin for $20. There are plenty of other action games that'll suffice. Or.. at least Anarchy Reigns and MGR:R
Agreed, it's pathetic. And us (Ps3/360) owners were the ones that were complaining about how pitiful the game was in comparison to the other NG's in regards to content and sheer quality. It aggravates the living hell out of me because NG and DMC are my two top favourite videogame franchises and both are unfortunately going downhill. I truly hope TN takes all the complaints into consideration and creates a "Sigma" version for the 360/PS3... PLEASE?? ^_^
Damn, I have to get this! I was impressed to the utmost extent with the demo. Not only because of how incredibly gorgeous the graphics were (definitely took me by surprise; and nearly on par with the PS3 version), but how fluid and impressive the gameplay was. Didn't feel like a "portable" version, but a full fledged game that pushed the Vita. Now I hope other developers can do the same! It's only a matter of time before Vita starts pumping out some high quality titles like ...
You can remove the AI character and still play the game entirely yourself. Just sayin'...
I've found plenty of good weapons of all types. Don't know what you're talking about. Possibly just bad luck with finding weapons? Although, I'm currently playing as Zero (47) and I'll do more to my Maya character after I hit 50. But your reasoning for not being happy with Gearbox is quite hilarious. Just because you can't find a weapon YOU enjoy.

My thoughts exactly! I personally thinks is looks like quite a decent action game, but does not deserve the title "DMC"... If they just made it a new IP it would be much more appreciated.
If you liked the original. Just put everything you liked about the original in a box, and increase the size by double. It's basically more of the same, but everything is vastly improved; especially the story. HIGH recommend playing it.
Agreed! I still play it as well. Ballistic Weapons mod is still by far my favourite(:
UT3 was slightly disappointing to me but still a great game nonetheless. I hope the next UT, as you stated would be similar to 2k4.
On that note, I don't see why I would have gotten disagrees, not that I care, but still. Sure, NG3 was atrocious when compared to the others in the series, but this new "remake" for the Wii U actually looks somewhat better and I'd like to give it a go.

Honestly, I agree with Abash and linkratos. The competitive multiplayer in Deadlocked was a hell of alot of fun back in the days. Granted, I'm not absolutely crazy about most MP options in games that don't need it, but Ratchet would definitely benefit from an incredible online competitive MP experience with the tons of different skins, weapons, customization options and so forth, as long as they keep the single player top notch. Similar to what Naughty Dog has done with the Uncharted ...
Which is why I've stated on multiple occasions they're by far my favourite developers this generation. Vanquish & Bayonetta were both unique and incredible games and I'm sure MGR:R will be an absolutely incredible game.
Noooooo.... Been using the DS controllers since PS1 and I've come quite accustomed to it! I'm sure the PS4 will at least allow usage of the DS3 if there is a new style controller. Or, at least I would hope so.
