I have a i7 4790k and i had gtx770 GPU but just bought a Palit gtx970 this week should be here this Monday or Tuesday.
I would hope i get 1080p and 60 frames with those specs. I usually got 1080p and 60 frames with the gtx770, with a few minors tweaks to graphic settings.
I tend to use the PC for strategy games like Total war and my x box 1 for shooters.
4k i honestly could not care have 1080p tv and that all i care about for the next 4 to 5...
The order is nice looking game from what we have seen so far. To be honest the biggest worry about this game is it had no online play.

You only have to look at Battlefield hardline to know devs are lazy. 900p on PS4 720p on x box 1 they did not even attempt to optimise the game for either platform since BF4.

If the API in the PS4 and XB1 is not communicating with the 6 other cores effectively then its obvious ok consoles are not performing as they should.
Its an established fact directx11 and the PS4 equivalent API only use 1 core predominately for games. What happens when the 5 cores or 6 cores work together more efficiently?

Brad just confirmed what i said on here the 8 core CPU is what is impressive about both consoles and it will be important for directx12 and for gaming in the future. If you think about it the first 8 core CPU PC from Intel only came out in late 2014
If games can utilise the 6 cores or even 7 cores in the future amazing games are coming, Directx11 games function mainly on 1 core.

I could tell it was cut and paste job because i am certain the dustbowl map is the zivod map ( i think thats the name from Battlefield 4) i noticed some of the buildings in the outer edges looked very similar.
Its the map with the train tracks and busted tanks and hills and slopes on each side.

I had my first go at playing games on the PS4. A friend brought his PS4 over and i tried it out.

The performance boost (gain) i agree is hard to know at this time, but realistically the 8 core CPU that the x box 1 has performs exactly like any PC (core) CPU. The gains and losses are the same due to the directx11 graphic driver been used to run high end games.
