Yes mostly likely but its not happening anytime soon. Windows 10 is arriving early its coming out this summer instead of winter so big changes could happen very fast.

I think companies are wise to wait and see, there is not 1 game out yet for consoles or PC that was build with dx12 in mind.

Gears 4 was not coming out this year it made sense to release a gears game this year, too many people are still using the 360 and will not switch over.

Sorry Microsoft is not losing market share because of indies it lost market share because of what happened in 2013 and lot of gamers still view the PS4 as being stronger on the hardware front.

The frame rate has issues and can drop during effect heavy scenes. There is lack of AF resulting in blurred textures over distance.

Microsoft has also been giving out 1 month codes for x box live for those who bought the game. I got two months free because i signed into the game with different accounts.
Nothing demanding about it,they just ported the same assets from BF4 over and redone the maps and campaign.
You can even tell what BF4 maps they redone there is visual cues everywhere.

x box 1 numbers are steady i always found a match when i looked. With this should increase the numbers in playlists with the dlc been free for all.
Steam is great but x box live on PC has lot of potential.

Seriously when gamers see the Halo 5 campaign and Gears of War campaign sales will pick up very fast on x box 1. Big improvements are coming for x box 1 performance wise this year. Sony won 2014 no doubt about that, but 2015 will be lot closer after E3 the race will be interesting.
