We don't receive updates every week like people like exaggerating about, but Sony releases one every time they see something wrong.
But yeah, we occasionally get new features from updates, like the reporting messages, Move calibration, the photo thing, the video editor, the automatic downloads etc..

I personally didn't like the Getaway (I was young maybe I sucked) but the streets were WAAAY to congested to try to escape cops and I was always driving in the wrong direction down a street on any street I turned on. (Damn London...)
I doubt we'll see Jak again (if it is given by ND to make, they are busy with Uncharted)
my real response is that I'd be surprised if SE announced a FF collection with trophies.
