it's an option and not a forced purchase. i'll be getting it because i like it and i have the money to buy it :) no complaints here.

i like uncharted just like the next gamer, but this is a huge reach. uncharted has never been on the level of halo and it never will. it's a very big ps ip, but it's not a comparable ip to the likes of halo. this would be a better comparison if they said tomb raider, but not halo. (and yes uc would beat tr).

I think this is also probably why we don't see the PS4, with it's presumably faster GPU and GDDR5 memory, blowing the Xbox one out of the water in multi-platform games.

i wouldn't be surprised if they did a 2 part display. this is something that ive always said that they needed. one part for nothing but games and the other part for talking about the future of the console and the company and other peripherals and tech talk.
we as the gamers need to win and microsoft/sony/nintendo/and whoever else decides to take the stage just needs to make sure that they entertain us and give us the games,apps,and features that we deserve as a consumers of the respective consoles.

well to be clear, there are many top dev engines that will have dx12 in it by default. engines such as the new unreal engine,cryengine,unit (to name a few).
so if it's already in the engines that most game developers use, then the answer to your question is the majority of games in 2016 and beyond from the majority of developers old and new, big or small teams alike.
i wish it meant that windows 10 was coming out early on the x1 and cortana was finally hit the x1. a full system reboot. :)

why should they stop with these articles when you and people with the same mindset as you can just stop clicking on and coming to articles like this. the issue isn't with the article. your issue is with the excitement around it that's taking away from the attention of your console of choice. cut the crap and only stick to what caters to your topics of choice (and apparently anything microsoft/xbox isn't it unless it's bashing anything microsoft/xbox) ...
this is brilliant and can and will be better if they can figure out how to make it work both ways (pc to x1/ x1 to pc/ tablet to x1/ x1 to tablet/ pc to tablet/ you get the gist of what im saying) :)

all due to to an unfinished console! the x1 won't be complete until it has windows 10, dx12, and the azure network working at top peak performance. the x1 is more than capable of doing anything the ps4 can do, but not until it's original designs from the things that ive listed is complete. but is it sony's fault that the x1 is incomplete with those things that ive listed? no! should that lack due to it being incomplete be taken into consideration? ye...
