it's never been about the games. you can look at xbox 360 and know that wasn't true. the 360 had it all and still couldn't catch a break. it's all about country loyalty. nothing more, nothing less.

other than turn based rpg genre, what variety of game genre does the xbox one not have that the playstation have??? if that's all they have on the xbox one, then i don't think that it's wise or the truth to say that the playstation has some variety over the xbox one. especially when the titles in the genre that they do have is too small to even brag about.

how do they have a bigger diversity of games when they only have 1 genre that the x1 doesn't and that's turned based rpg's? the xbox one has every genre of games except turn based rp's. so one genre doesn't make it some huge diversified list. it's weird to hear people say that without actually paying attention to both systems games.
this is not the xbox of old and this def isn't the playstation of old.
that's not the reason at all!!! they have loyalty to their own country (unlike american's), so they buy their own to keep as much of japanese dollars in the japanese land. plus, the japanese feel that all american products are inferior to their japanese products. this isn't hatred, it's smart! this is one of the smartest things americans really need to learn and adopt. (keywords was one of the smartest things)

i agree with you 100% when you say that the xbox exclusive games need no saving because they are already good and doing good, but i disagree with you on the variety comment because it does have variety. the only style of game it doesn't have is turn based rpg's at the moment, but it has everything else, so variety isn't it's issue, it's just the lack of turn based rpg games.

and it was 150 well spent. i own an elite controller and i don't spend money that i don't have. i don't mind paying for quality and elite controller is nothing less than top notch quality. in fact, im getting another elite controller when the gears of war elite controller comes out. i'll be giving my son my original elite controller, so it's money well spent for the best way to play on a console :-)

all of those negative reasons that you just listed as the reasons for the x1 not being able to take the ps4 no longer exist. so what will be the hold back now??? in fact, 80 to 90% of the things that you listed didn't last long or didn't happen at all. it was just talk or something short lived and corrected on the fly. but this new console won't have any of those so called negatives.
